humans hang by their skins
& watch weeds in front of the lake
criss-cross into view,
with no wind the air is
a mechanism for them.
& insects bop and puncture the scene.
There are no masters here,
only a methodic game of interaction.
this field is no small chest,
& there is no beating center.
patience does not have to stand
on the hill & dole out
the frequency of movements.
